Returns and Refunds Policy

We take pride in every item we create, and we want you to love it. That said:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer preference, or for items that are on sale or discounted.
  • We will replace or refund your order if:
    • There’s a fulfilment error (wrong item, incorrect print)
    • The item is damaged during shipping


How to Request a Replacement or Refund

 

If your order arrives damaged or with a printing error:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include a photo showing the issue so we can see exactly what went wrong.

We’ll review your request and provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

 

European Union Customers

 

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days.

  • Please note: This applies only if the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Items must be in the same condition as received, with photos provided.

 

Shipping & Handling

 

  • Please allow 3-7 business days for production, plus shipping time.
  • Tracking info will be provided once your order ships.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been shipped.
